JJC loves food! The JJC Culinary Arts Department has time and time again proven itself as a first-class program. Students and Chefs have amassed an impressive collection of national and international awards–taking first place time and time again. To celebrate their overwhelming acheivements, and the fact that we librarians love to eat, a display of culinary materials, from books to ice sculpting tools have been put on display for all to enjoy. Come and see great cake models and ice sculptures–before they melt!!
